Payment Terms

This Payment Terms policy explains how fees are charged and paid for services provided by TD Tax Return (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing a service through our website, you agree to these Payment Terms.

1. Service Pricing

All service prices are displayed clearly on our website before purchase.

Each service is offered as a fixed-price package based on the scope described on the website.

Prices may be updated from time to time, but any price changes will apply only to future purchases.

2. Payment Method

All services must be paid in full at the time of purchase through the secure checkout on our website.

Accepted payment methods include online card payments and other electronic payment methods supported by our payment provider.

Payment confirmation is required before any work begins.

3. Start of Work

Work will begin only after the following conditions have been met:

  • the selected service has been purchased

  • payment has been successfully completed

  • the client has provided the required information through the onboarding form or document request

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of professional tax services, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • completed services

  • partially completed work

  • services already submitted to HMRC

  • delays caused by missing or late information from the client

If a cancellation request is made before work has begun, a refund may be considered at our discretion.

5. Additional Work

If additional work is required outside the scope of the purchased service (for example amendments, additional income sources, or HMRC enquiries), this will be quoted separately before any work begins.

No additional work will be carried out without the client’s approval.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in a timely manner.

Failure to provide the required information may result in delays or additional fees.

TD Tax Return is not responsible for penalties, interest, or consequences resulting from late, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by the client.

7. HMRC Processing

HMRC processing times and decisions are outside our control.

We cannot guarantee:

  • the amount of any tax refund

  • the speed of HMRC processing

  • the outcome of HMRC decisions
